The ingredients for sake are rice, water, and koji-kin (koji-mold).The finest sake, daiginjyo, is made from white rice milled more than 6０%. It has a pure and refined fruity taste.

All people who enjoy drinking, not just Japanese, have their own original customs and habits. In Japan it is common to hear the toriaezu beer, meaning ‘we will start with beer’. After that, people order their favorite drink like shochu, awamori from okinawa, whisky or wine. For shochu there are many mixes like hot water, ice, tea, soda, and fruit extract. There are many variations, so please do not try them all on one occasion. You will regret the hungover.
